Storage boxes: professional document storage
The need to store paper documents does not disappear even with the development of electronic technologies. In such areas as accounting, human resources, and public services, there are even state standards for document storage and record keeping.
There are many types of documents that need to be stored for a long time and do not need to be accessed frequently. These include accounting documents, contracts, forms, reports, technical and office documentation. An archive is created to ensure that they are neatly organised, protected from mechanical damage and do not take up too much space.
Types of storage boxes
The Axent brand offers the main types of products that can be used to organise office work and long-term storage of documents:

The products are made of durable three-layer corrugated cardboard, which provides the necessary structural rigidity. The boxes can be used to put A4 documents by topic or period, and then place them directly on the shelves - horizontally or vertically. There is a choice of boxes with a white outer layer and colour printing in different colours or in a craft design with black printing. Axent archival boxes are available in 3 sizes: with a spine width of 8 cm, 10 cm or 15 cm.
The storage box serves as a container for archive boxes. The box size is designed for 6, 5 or 3 boxes, depending on the spine width. Such storage allows you to compactly accommodate a large number of documents and easily find the necessary papers when needed. Archival boxes have gripping holes on the sides to make it easy to transport documents.
Cardboard boxes for archival storage can also be useful outside the office - for example, when moving, for storing various small items at home.
